Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding of new employees
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and facilities maintenance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Singapore
- Support the management team with HR analytics and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
