Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation compliance
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Support office operations including inventory management and vendor coordination
  • Develop and implement HR policies and training programs
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and expense reports

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in aesthetic/healthcare industry preferred
