Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, contracts, and organizational charts.
- Oversee daily attendance tracking and leave management to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and preparing hiring documents.
- Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying necessary time and attendance data.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related reports, memos, and correspondence to staff and management.
- Coordinate office facilities and general administrative support to ensure a smooth working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or general office support is preferred.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and email platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced corporate setting.
