Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle documentation and HR database maintenance
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and documentation preparation
  • Administer employee benefits programs and payroll processing support
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
  • Handle employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution support
  • Assist in organizing staff training and development initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience, preferably in hospitality/tourism
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
