Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete employee lifecycle documentation and HR database maintenance
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and documentation preparation
- Administer employee benefits programs and payroll processing support
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
- Handle employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution support
- Assist in organizing staff training and development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience, preferably in hospitality/tourism
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving mindset with customer service orientation
