Are you an organized professional with a passion for people and process efficiency? Social Surety is seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home in Jawa Timur while contributing to a dynamic and supportive organizational culture.

As an HR Administrator, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, ensuring that our internal operations run smoothly and that our employees feel supported. From maintaining accurate personnel records to assisting with the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding, your work will directly impact our company's success. We are looking for someone who thrives in a virtual environment, possesses strong digital communication skills, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Support payroll administration by ensuring all attendance data and employee information are updated correctly.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and performance review documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and HR software/HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform effectively in a fully remote work environment.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
