Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support payroll administration by tracking attendance, leaves, and overtime for all manufacturing staff.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events or training sessions.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management and regulatory authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Basic knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and current labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
