- Partner with Global E-Commerce leadership to develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives for technical and operational teams
- Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with global standards
- Lead employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and organizational development initiatives
- Facilitate change management and cultural integration across international teams
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations while supporting global HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years HR Business Partner experience in e-commerce or tech industry
- Proven expertise in talent management, performance systems, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and global HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics for strategic decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across cultures
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
