Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and support end-to-end HR business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze existing HR processes to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to drive change management initiatives across the business.
  • Utilize HR data analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making and process improvement.
  • Support the implementation and integration of new HR technology platforms and digital tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and status reports.
  • Facilitate workshops and focus groups to drive employee engagement during organizational shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a transformation, consulting, or project management capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing organizational change and process re-engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HRIS/HR technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
