Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and support end-to-end HR business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze existing HR processes to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to drive change management initiatives across the business.
- Utilize HR data analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making and process improvement.
- Support the implementation and integration of new HR technology platforms and digital tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and status reports.
- Facilitate workshops and focus groups to drive employee engagement during organizational shifts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a transformation, consulting, or project management capacity.
- Proven track record in managing organizational change and process re-engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HRIS/HR technology platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-based contract environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
