Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local labor regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for all staff members.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
- Maintain and update the internal HR Information System (HRIS) with real-time employee data.
- Assist the HR Manager in implementing employee engagement initiatives and company culture-building activities.
- Prepare regular HR reports, including attendance, turnover rates, and performance management tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Badung, Bali area.
