Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Corporate Manager to lead our human resources operations at our Kerobokan, Bali office.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring organizational compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture across our hospitality ventures. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and is committed to driving excellence in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and operational HR efficiency.
This position requires a professional who understands the unique demands of the Bali hospitality market and is comfortable with a 6+1 working schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with corporate goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and local regulations.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance staff service standards.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and generate monthly HR analytics reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Management, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience in managing complex administrative tasks and payroll systems.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a 6+1 work week environment and adapt to operational needs in Kerobokan, Bali.
