Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs for all staff levels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and improve HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback to department heads.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with Umi Fika Bakery values.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution processes.
- Generate monthly HR reports, including turnover analysis and training effectiveness metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Development or generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for talent management and development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a bakery/retail environment.
