- Lead implementation and optimization of HR digital platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Design data-driven HR solutions using analytics tools to inform talent decisions
- Manage end-to-end digital HR projects across APAC region with Agile methodologies
- Develop training programs and change management strategies for HR technology adoption
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (PDPA, GDPR) in HR systems
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate HR tech with core systems
- Analyze HR metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in HR digital transformation or HRIS implementation
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HR platforms
- Strong project management skills with proven track record of complex deployments
- Advanced knowledge of HR analytics and workforce metrics
- Certification in HR technology (e.g., HRCI, SHRM) preferred
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or other APAC languages advantageous
