Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the HR Director in developing and implementing strategic human resource initiatives.
- Participate in high-level talent acquisition processes, including executive-level interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Support the team in analyzing organizational data to improve employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Assist in the review and updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local labor regulations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between HR and department heads to streamline operational workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership regarding headcount and workforce planning.
- Support internal communication efforts and employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in HR Management or Organizational Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
