Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair practices
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth
- Utilize HR technology systems for efficient data management and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in HR information systems and technology applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
