Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Administer HR documentation, contracts, and compliance records
- Coordinate training programs and performance management initiatives
- Process payroll and benefits administration accurately
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives
- Act as primary HR contact for management and employee inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR operational experience in Jakarta
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail with high organizational skills
- Certifications in HR management (PHR/SPHR) preferred
