Join Plastictecnic (M) Sdn Bhd as an HR Executive specializing in ESG and Sustainability to drive impactful environmental, social, and governance initiatives. This pivotal role bridges human capital management with sustainable business practices, ensuring our organization meets global sustainability standards while fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll spearhead ESG data tracking, prepare comprehensive sustainability reports, and integrate green HR policies that align with Malaysia's national sustainability goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead ESG data collection, tracking, and sustainability reporting frameworks
- Develop and implement sustainability-focused HR policies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and ESG regulatory requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional sustainability projects and stakeholder engagement
- Analyze ESG metrics and prepare executive-level sustainability reports
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs
- Monitor industry trends in ESG and sustainability best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with ESG/sustainability focus
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) or sustainability management preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Advanced data analysis skills with experience in sustainability metrics
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and sustainability reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
