Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Malaysian labor laws
- Administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance, leave management, and compensation structures
- Conduct performance management cycles, training needs assessments, and career development initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred
- Proficiency in Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) or relevant professional development programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters
- Proven experience in employee engagement and retention strategies
