Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Malaysian labor laws
  • Administer employee benefits programs including medical insurance, leave management, and compensation structures
  • Conduct performance management cycles, training needs assessments, and career development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) or relevant professional development programs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters
  • Proven experience in employee engagement and retention strategies
