Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and Japanese management principles.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for manufacturing staff.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.
- Administer payroll, benefits administration, and ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Lead the General Affairs team to maintain optimal facility management and vendor relationships.
- Implement training and development programs to upskill the workforce and prepare for future growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management or General Affairs, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must be fluent in Japanese (Business Level) and possess excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HRIS software.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
