As the HR & GA Head, you will not only manage day-to-day personnel functions but also act as a business partner to senior leadership. You will oversee organizational development, foster a positive company culture, and streamline administrative processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee the administration of General Affairs (GA), ensuring facility maintenance, security, and office operations run smoothly.
- Manage employee relations, labor law compliance, and internal conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Design and implement compensation and benefit structures to attract and retain top industry talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and identify skill gaps.
- Oversee permit licensing, corporate assets, and company infrastructure maintenance.
- Implement digital HR information systems (HRIS) to improve efficiency in payroll and attendance tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Proven track record in building and scaling teams within a manufacturing or technical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and KPIs for management reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and operational discipline.
