French Korean Aromatics is a prominent player in the fragrance and chemical manufacturing industry, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic HR & GA Manager to join our team in Kabupaten Pasuruan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless alignment of our human resources strategies with overall business objectives while overseeing efficient General Affairs operations to maintain a safe and productive workplace environment.
As our HR & GA Manager, you will serve as a key business partner to the leadership team, driving organizational development, fostering an inclusive corporate culture, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across all labor and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operational excellence, employee relations expertise, and a proactive approach to facilities management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, including recruitment, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Oversee daily General Affairs activities, including facility maintenance, security, office supplies, and company vehicle management.
- Maintain full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and company internal policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communication to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead the payroll processing, tax reporting (PPh 21), and BPJS administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety (K3) standards and ensure all facility operations meet local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with local authorities and communities to ensure smooth business operations in the Pasuruan region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or Management; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in HR & GA roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS regulations.
- Proven ability to manage facility services, vendor relationships, and general administration.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
