SMT Indonesia is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR & GA Manager to oversee our industrial relations and facility operations in Cikarang Selatan. This pivotal leadership role requires a professional who can seamlessly balance human capital development with the complex operational demands of an industrial manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between management and employees, ensuring harmonious industrial relations while maintaining the highest standards for our infrastructure, building maintenance, and utility systems. You will lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and manage relationships with external contractors to support our growth and operational continuity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, focusing on industrial relations and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Monitor and optimize facility operations, including building maintenance, site security, and general environmental cleanliness.
- Manage critical utility systems (water, electricity, waste management) to ensure zero downtime for production operations.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of external contractors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
- Resolve industrial relations disputes and maintain a positive, productive working environment for all staff.
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) budgets, ensuring all operational expenses are aligned with corporate financial targets.
- Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols across all facility areas to ensure compliance and worker welfare.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment in the Cikarang area.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations conflict resolution.
- Proven expertise in facility management, including building maintenance and utility infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure operational environments.
