Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal communications, translating and facilitating workflows between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local staff.
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including office facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems in compliance with Indonesian labor law.
- Support payroll administration and ensure accurate data entry for all HR-related compensation and benefits.
- Assist in organizing company events, training programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive corporate culture.
- Handle government-related filings and work permit processing for expatriate staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal and written) and proficient in English/Indonesian.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a combined HR and GA role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and HRIS software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
