Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Handle employee administration including contracts, payroll documentation, and personnel files
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
  • Oversee office operations including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives
  • Administer benefits programs and employee welfare activities
  • Manage administrative tasks for employee relations and conflict resolution

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs functions
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee administration
  • Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
