Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Oversee HR administration functions including employee records, contracts, and documentation maintenance
  • Develop and implement employee training programs and professional development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration and payroll coordination
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership decision-making
  • Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building activities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role with recruitment focus
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
  • Proven experience in recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
