Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave, and payroll administration with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases regularly.
- Implement and monitor company policies, procedures, and local labor regulations.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance procedures, and workplace welfare initiatives.
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar function.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
