In this role, you will be the backbone of our workplace culture, ensuring that our team members are supported, engaged, and thriving as we continue to deliver excellence in the hospitality industry.

As an HR Generalist at Bali Ocean Feast, you will wear many hats—from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and payroll administration. You will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering an environment where talent can flourish. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for human resources in the hospitality sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefit administration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement performance management programs to drive employee growth and productivity.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities to foster a positive company culture.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and updating employee handbooks as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse team members.
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
