Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Oversee employee administration, records management, and HR documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and compliance frameworks
- Handle industrial relations matters including conflict resolution and labor law adherence
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations (UU No.13/2003)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
