Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and company culture integration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policy and local regulations.
- Administer payroll and manage employee benefits, including BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and workplace concerns.
- Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies that enhance workplace productivity and well-being.
- Monitor employee attendance and performance management cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HRIS software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
