Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll administration, benefits management, and compliance documentation
  • Address employee relations issues through mediation, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
  • Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Support performance management systems including goal setting and feedback processes
  • Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and organizational HR policies
  • Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities
  • Manage HR data using HRIS systems for accurate reporting and analytics

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
  • Experience in hospitality or tourism industry preferred
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
