In this role, you will be the backbone of our human capital operations, ensuring that our workforce is supported, engaged, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal data.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan).
  • Facilitate employee relations, including handling grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance staff performance and professional development.
  • Monitor and ensure company policies and procedures comply with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Support management in performance appraisal processes and salary reviews.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the F&B or retail industry is highly preferred.
