Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
- Execute accurate monthly payroll processing using the Talenta HRIS platform to ensure timely compensation for all employees.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and personnel files in compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide support to management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate employee attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing HR software, specifically Talenta or similar payroll management systems.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
