Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policy and local labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
- Act as an advisor to management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Prepare regular HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Bantul, Jawa Tengah.
