Mitra10, a leader in home improvement and building materials, is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team at the Distribution Center in Balongbendo, Surabaya.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our site's human resources operations. You will be responsible for translating corporate HR policies into actionable site-specific strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that our operational goals are met through effective talent management. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR work plans aligned with corporate policies and local operational requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding for warehouse and administrative staff.
- Oversee daily HR administrative tasks including time and attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and personnel data maintenance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership regarding employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and maintain high morale within the Distribution Center team.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and company internal regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the warehouse staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
- Willingness to be based at the Distribution Center in Balongbendo, Surabaya.
