Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for F&B roles including chefs, service staff, and management positions
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention and morale
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems accurately
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize skill development workshops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No.13/2003) and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
