As the HR Generalist Supervisor, you will serve as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a culture of high performance and mutual respect. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our employees, ensuring that our talent strategy supports our rapid business growth. From implementing robust retention strategies to overseeing accurate payroll processing for a large workforce, your contribution will be vital to our operational success. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure all restaurant outlets are fully staffed with high-quality talent.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Supervise the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the F&B industry to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct performance management reviews and assist department heads in identifying training needs for staff development.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and handle industrial relations matters.
  • Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity and generating reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to manage shift scheduling compliance and workforce planning.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, specifically within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations practices.
  • Proven experience in managing payroll systems and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of a multi-outlet restaurant group.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (both written and verbal).
