Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and continuously improve the ServiceNow HRSD module, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical designs and automated workflows.
- Oversee platform maintenance, upgrades, and system integration points between ServiceNow and global HRIS systems.
- Lead system testing, quality assurance, deployment processes, and provide high-quality Level 2/3 technical support.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, solution architectures, configuration logs, and user training materials.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular data audits, and ensure global security and compliance guidelines (e.g., GDPR) are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR IT, with a strong emphasis on administering and configuring ServiceNow HRSD.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, case management, and employee lifecycle workflows.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HRSD) credentials are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex platform configuration challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global cross-functional setup.
