Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with company business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Oversee accurate and timely monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and maintain positive industrial relations.
- Manage performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching.
- Foster a positive company culture through internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Strong proficiency in payroll management systems and HRIS software.
- Proven ability to manage industrial relations and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
