As our HR Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions. We are looking for a visionary leader who is not only excellent at administrative processes like payroll and compliance but also passionate about fostering a high-performance culture through effective training, development, and industrial relations management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with company business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Oversee accurate and timely monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and maintain positive industrial relations.
  • Manage performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching.
  • Foster a positive company culture through internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR managerial or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Strong proficiency in payroll management systems and HRIS software.
  • Proven ability to manage industrial relations and conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
  • Willing to be based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
