Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and employment laws.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures to remain competitive.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to foster employee engagement and talent retention.
  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for senior management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to bridge skill gaps across departments.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law (Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proven ability to manage payroll, BPJS, and HRIS platforms effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on problem-solving and strategic planning.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR software tools.
