Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding top-tier talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and employment laws.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures to remain competitive.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to foster employee engagement and talent retention.
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to bridge skill gaps across departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law (Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven ability to manage payroll, BPJS, and HRIS platforms effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR software tools.
