You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, navigating complex organizational challenges while maintaining the vibrant and innovative culture that defines the Miniso brand.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Miniso's business objectives and regional growth plans.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes to attract and retain top-tier retail and corporate talent.
  • Oversee performance management, compensation and benefits, and payroll operations.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including training, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management to drive business performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Manpower Law and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, multi-cultural, and fast-paced retail environment.
