Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Oversee performance management systems, including KPI tracking and annual appraisal cycles.
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and company regulations.
- Foster a positive work culture through effective employee engagement and communication strategies.
- Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office suite.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
