Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including KPI tracking and annual appraisal cycles.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and company regulations.
  • Foster a positive work culture through effective employee engagement and communication strategies.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR managerial or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and organizational development.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office suite.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
