Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and professional development planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for organizational improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
