Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals to support organizational growth.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract top talent in the logistics sector.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems to ensure employees meet their targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance employee competencies and career progression.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies regarding payroll, benefits, and workplace safety.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Labor Law: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change effectively.
