PT Ever Faith Logistics International is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Gresik. We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive our HR initiatives, optimize our recruitment processes, and foster a positive workplace culture.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the human resources landscape of a fast-paced logistics company. You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations while implementing programs that enhance employee engagement and retention. Tanggung Jawab

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals to support organizational growth.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract top talent in the logistics sector.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems to ensure employees meet their targets and drive continuous improvement.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance employee competencies and career progression.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies regarding payroll, benefits, and workplace safety.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
  • Labor Law: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and MS Office Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change effectively.
