Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals to drive organizational growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll administration, benefits management, and compensation structuring.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal engagement programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and company internal policies.
- Lead performance management systems, including KPI setting, annual appraisals, and professional development training.
- Maintain comprehensive HR documentation, personnel files, and HRIS systems to ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree (MM/MSDM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and tax compliance (PPh 21).
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms, payroll software, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high levels of integrity and professional discretion.
