Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement site-specific HR strategies that align with company goals and mining industry standards.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for site-based personnel.
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and maintain a positive working climate.
- Supervise payroll administration, benefit schemes, and timekeeping for site operations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce competency.
- Provide expert advice to site management regarding HR policies, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Manage employee welfare, facilities, and general affairs at the mining site to ensure high morale.
- Prepare regular HR analytics and reporting for regional headquarters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry sectors.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and its practical application.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations in a remote mining site environment.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data management tools.
- High integrity, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to be stationed at the site in Mook Manar Bulatn, Kalimantan Timur.
