Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's dynamic team in the engineering/plant/factory/petrochemicals sector in Johor Bahru. This pivotal role will drive strategic HR initiatives to support operational excellence and workforce development in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for shaping employee culture, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and implementing talent acquisition strategies critical to the petrochemical industry's unique demands. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing HR functions within industrial settings, with a focus on safety-conscious workforce management and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor laws and industry standards
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and operational roles in plant/factory settings
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee performance management systems, including KPI tracking and improvement initiatives
- Coordinate training programs focused on safety protocols, technical skills, and leadership development
- Manage compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain specialized talent
- Ensure compliance with OHS regulations and industry-specific safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing/engineering/petrochemicals
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and industrial regulations
- Proven track record in talent acquisition for technical plant operations roles
- Strong experience in employee relations and conflict resolution in industrial settings
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics for workforce planning
