PERSOL Indonesia is currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Manager to lead human resources operations for a prestigious Japanese packaging manufacturing client located in Surabaya. In this high-impact role, you will be the bridge between corporate strategy and factory floor excellence, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive, compliant work environment.
As an expert in industrial HR management, you will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources, including labor relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of the manufacturing sector, possesses strong leadership capabilities, and is adept at navigating the cultural environment of a Japanese corporate setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's production goals and Japanese corporate standards.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to maintain optimal staffing levels in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Manage industrial relations, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company regulations.
- Design and implement effective Compensation & Benefits schemes and performance management systems.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to increase retention and cultivate a safe, productive workplace culture.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to plant management regarding organizational structure, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Lead HR administrative processes, including payroll oversight, attendance management, and HR reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years specifically within the manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations practices.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations in a WFO setting with a large workforce.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English (professional proficiency) is highly preferred to support collaboration with Japanese stakeholders.
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing companies is a significant asset.
