Join Assa Rent's dynamic team as a strategic HR Manager and drive our startup's growth through exceptional talent management. This pivotal role requires you to partner with leadership to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You'll oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent through innovative recruitment campaigns to designing competitive compensation packages and fostering a positive organizational culture.
In this hands-on position, you'll manage payroll systems, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Your expertise in building scalable HR processes will be crucial as we expand our operations in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-potential candidates for key roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Lead employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and culture-building activities
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage HR documentation, policies, and legal compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in startup/scale-up environments
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Experience developing HR policies and scalable processes
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
