Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll administration and attendance tracking.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility across digital and print channels.
- Coordinate internal company events and HR engagement initiatives to boost employee morale.
- Liaise with international headquarters, providing clear reporting and updates in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
- Create content for social media and marketing materials that aligns with Opple Lighting's global identity.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5/6 equivalent) is mandatory for cross-departmental communication.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an administrative, HR, or marketing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across different cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital marketing tools or HRIS software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
