Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the Sky Garden team.
- Assist in the administration of payroll, employee benefits, and attendance monitoring systems.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Organize internal training programs and team-building activities to boost employee morale and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
