Mufidah Group is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our team in Kota Gorontalo. In this role, you will be the backbone of our human capital operations, ensuring that our workforce is supported, compliant, and highly productive.

As an HR Officer at Mufidah Group, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between company goals and employee performance. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate employee records, and implementing performance management systems that drive organizational excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end employee administration, including documentation, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide data-driven feedback to managers.
  • Coordinate with department heads to update and align job descriptions with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze company productivity KPIs to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.
  • Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS) with accurate, real-time employee data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee relations effectively.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a contract-based role.
